I've Made This Move — Now I Help You Make Yours
From Stamford, CT to Queens, NY to Baltimore City. I know what it's like to pack up your life in the Tri-State and build something better in Maryland.

My Story
Originally from Stamford, Connecticut I moved from Queens, NY to Baltimore City in 2023 and it was an unfiltered crash course in relocating from the Tri-State area—everything from the shock of Maryland utility bills and city-vs-county tax differences to learning how quickly a neighborhood's vibe can shift from one block to the next.
To top it off, my own agent went missing in action a week before closing, so I had to figure out the home stretch on my own. I became an agent to make sure nobody else goes through that.
A great move shouldn't be stressful or full of surprise expenses, it should just feel right. My goal is to keep things transparent, break down the local details that actually matter, and stay in your corner from the first search all the way past closing.
“I know what it’s like to make the move from the Northeast to Maryland because I’ve done it myself. I moved from Queens to Maryland, so I understand what it’s like to leave what you know and start over somewhere new. I understand the questions that come with that move, and my job is to help you figure out the right area, find the right home, and make the whole process as straightforward as possible.”— Kevin Corbett
My Approach to Relocation Clients
Out-of-state buyers have completely different requirements than someone moving down the street. Here is my operational commitment:
I'm Big on Education
You'll understand Maryland's market, taxes, and process before you ever make an offer. We dissect county vs. city tax structures, utility assessments, and title company settlement procedures so there are never any unexpected fees at the closing table.
I Work Around Your Timeline
I work around your schedule, not mine — including remote closings and comprehensive video walkthroughs for buyers who can't drive down every weekend. If a promising property lists on Tuesday, I will walk every square foot for you on video by Wednesday.
A Vetted Relocation Network
I have a vetted network of relocation-friendly lenders, movers, home inspectors, and general contractors I actually trust with my own family. You will never have to search blindly for reliable service partners in a state where you don't yet have roots.
Credentials & Market Footprint

What Relocating Clients Say
Hear from fellow Tri-State homeowners who made the move from New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
“I was moving from Stamford to Maryland for work and wasn’t sure where I wanted to live. Kevin helped me figure out what areas made the most sense and was there to guide me throughout the search. We ended up finding the perfect waterfront property in Annapolis, which checked all the boxes for me. I really appreciate Kevin’s guidance and how easy he made the whole process.”
“Moving from Bridgeport to Baltimore was a big move for us, but Kevin made the process much easier. He helped us find a 4-unit property where the rental income covers the mortgage. His knowledge of local rents and multi-unit properties was a huge help. Thanks for all your guidance Kevin!”
“Kevin was a huge help with my move from Queens to (Columbia) Maryland. I started looking in March and moved into my new home on July 1st. I went from paying more for a 1-bedroom apartment in Queens to having a 3-bedroom house with a mortgage that was less. Kevin was there to guide me through everything, and I’m really happy with how it all worked out.”
